In-that WHAS is based on David Wain’s experience at Jewish summer camp as a kid, and has tons of Jewish references and jokes (not Jewish-jokes, but jokes that are Jewish).

I will have to respectfully disagree. It was a movie that my wife and I watched last night on Netflix on a whim. I kept waiting for it to get good, and the third act seemed to fall apart into Carrey’s monologue. We both had the reaction, “meh. I’m disappointed I won’t get that 98 minutes of my life back.”
